Maryhurst seeks a Senior Director of Development to lead fundraising, expand major gifts, and build a sustainable culture of philanthropy. This senior role partners with the CEO, Board, and volunteers to secure resources for Maryhurst's mission across trauma-informed care, residential and community programs, and crisis services.

- Proven success in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and securing major philanthropic gifts.
- Experience with donor portfolios and fundraising pipelines.

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies with senior leadership to increase philanthropic support.
- Manage major gifts, annual giving, donor stewardship, and campaign activities.
- Lead pipeline management, revenue projections, and performance monitoring.
- Supervise Development staff and coordinate operations and data integrity.
