Job summary

Island Senior Resources in Langley, WA, seeks a Senior Director of Development & Major Gifts to lead the organization’s contributed revenue program and major-gift strategy. This role reports to the Executive Director and partners with the Board to cultivate high-level donor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fundraising with major gift success, and 8+ years overall fundraising experience, including staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Eight+ years of fundraising experience with senior development responsibilities preferred.
• Experience supervising or mentoring development staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISR's comprehensive contributed revenue program and donor engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director, Board, and leadership for major asks and stewardship.
• Supervise and coach development staff; coordinate with communications, finance, and programs.
