Legend Senior Living® is seeking an outstanding Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance and housekeeping team. You will oversee the residence including equipment operation, safety, and a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electrical, HVAC and repairs/maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance and housekeeping personnel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect and repair equipment, systems and grounds including electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, roof.
• Manage department budget and expenses including supply inventory.
• Directly supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff including hiring, training, scheduling and work orders.
• Obtain quotes for third party repairs and ensure outside vendors complete projects as requested.
• Utilize the company maintenance management system to document work orders, preventive maintenance and warranties.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance, life safety system inspections and safety committee meetings.
