Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a product leader for Life Sciences Cloud to define strategy, roadmaps, and market-leading capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams across time zones to deliver multi-release plans and translate customer needs into scalable solutions.

You'll report to the VP of Product Management, Life Sciences, guide adoption, engage with customers and partners, and drive global initiatives that accelerate value across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or similar experience.
• 5+ years of building and delivering applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and international collaborations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines (or equivalent technical leadership experience).

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps for Life Sciences Cloud and evangelize them to customers, partners and employees.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver product capabilities and cross‑product features.
• Engage with customers during pre-& post-sales to drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Lead and align global teams across time zones to execute releases and roadmaps.
