Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced product leader to guide the Life Sciences Cloud portfolio. You will drive strategy, engage executive customers, and align with engineering, UX, and cross-Salesforce teams across time zones to deliver impact.

You will work with senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps, evangelize capabilities, and lead a global, fast-paced product organization focused on customer outcomes in Life Sciences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or similar experience.
• 5+ years building, implementing, developing applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience leading international teams and engaging with customers.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a vision, roadmap and strategy for Life Sciences Cloud and evangelize it with customers, partners and employees.
• Work with engineering and UX to deliver multiple releases and meet product deliverables.
• Collaborate with other Salesforce Clouds to build cross-product capabilities and align roadmaps.
• Engage customers during pre- and post-sales implementations to drive adoption and outcomes.
