Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Leader for Life Sciences Cloud. You will own roadmaps, engage customers and partners, and lead cross-functional teams across time zones to drive global product delivery and market leadership.

This role reports to the VP of Product Management, Life Sciences, and requires strategic vision, execution that delivers business impact, and collaboration with engineering and UX to deliver meaningful capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management or similar experience.
5+ years building, implementing, developing applications on the Salesforce platform.
Experience leading and working with teams internationally.
Deep domain knowledge of customer engagement processes in Life Sciences.
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

Build a vision, roadmap and strategy for Life Sciences Cloud and evangelize it with customers, partners and employees.
Leverage market analysis and customer research to define product roadmap.
Synthesize needs across industries to build cross-portfolio components.
Work with San Francisco and India product teams to deliver 3 releases a year.
Collaborate with global engineering and UX teams to meet product deliverables.
Engage with partner ecosystem to extend product capabilities.
Drive adoption through Adoption PMs and present roadmaps to executives.
