Qualifications

• Minimum five years in executive mortgage leadership or similar, overseeing origination, servicing, and pricing.
• Experience leading complex mortgage operations and high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and secondary-market execution.
• Experience guiding strategy for retain/participate/ sale decisions based on liquidity, risk, and member value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Credit Union's mortgage lending strategy and growth objectives.
• Oversee origination, processing, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management, and secondary-market execution.
• Establish performance expectations, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for mortgage functions.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage laws, regulations, and internal controls; manage risk across the mortgage channel.
• Develop partnerships with real estate professionals, referral partners, and investors to drive sustainable growth.
