You will shape Lilly’s leadership hiring strategy, collaborate with HR, Legal, and Exec Compensation, and leverage AI to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of recruiting or HR experience
• Experience leading people
• Executive presence and credibility to influence beyond positional authority
• Proven ability to challenge and influence senior leaders
• Track record of leading projects from idea through execution with enterprise or team impact
• Strong strategic thinking, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership searches and manage senior director and VP portfolios.
• Develop search strategies based on priorities, market conditions, and workforce plans.
• Engage passive talent through direct sourcing and networks to deliver strong slates.
• Represent Lilly to senior candidates with a compelling case for mission and culture.
• Coach hiring managers on attracting, interviewing, and selecting senior talent.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Relocation and Immigration to align processes.
• Embrace AI to improve candidate experience and process efficiency.
• Track leadership recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
