Middleburg Communities is seeking a Director of Land Acquisitions to lead high‑volume, off‑market site sourcing, zoning strategy, and pipeline development for luxury, workforce, and affordable housing. You will work with the Head of Site Acquisition and regional partners to secure land opportunities in Mountain West markets, including Denver, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City.

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily and build-to-rent development/acquisitions.
• Experience sourcing high-volume off-market deals and managing LOIs/PSA processes.
• Strong market research, zoning analysis, and site feasibility skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source off-market land opportunities in Mountain West markets.
• Use GIS/mapping tools to evaluate viable development sites.
• Maintain an active land acquisition pipeline across product types.
• Conduct location analysis and market research.
• Prepare fee analyses and support PSA/LOI negotiations.
• Summarize land comps and transactions for decision makers.
