Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage the full land life-cycle from identification to finished lots.
• Experience acquiring residential land, including underwriting and due diligence.
• Proficiency with rezoning, permitting, and subdivision approvals processes.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of the entire land life-cycle.
• Find and purchase property in Duval, Nassau, Clay, St. Johns, Putnam, and Baker counties.
• Coordinate and manage rezoning, permits, site civil construction, and platting of finished lots.
• Manage and approve necessary documents and invoices.
