Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical or biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
• 6+ years of clinical diagnostics laboratory experience in a supervisory/management role.
• 3+ years of experience managing people leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational activities of multiple departments (Chemistry, Hematology, Immunoassay, Microbiology, Infectious Molecular testing).
• Supervise, train, and mentor laboratory staff and ensure staff accountability and performance.
• Oversee laboratory audits and implement corrective, preventive, and effectiveness actions.
• Collaborate with medical/technical directors, QA, and corporate operations; support external customer relationships.
