• Provide strategic leadership for Testing, Operations, and Automation Analytical Development.
• Define and drive testing strategies for process development, characterization, and stability studies.
• Oversee development and qualification of automated analytical methods and end-to-end platforms.
• Lead laboratory informatics initiatives and digitization projects including data visualization and AI/ML tools.
• Manage reagents, controls, and quality metrics like control charts.
• Ensure data integrity, documentation, and regulatory-supporting records.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent while managing budget and headcount.
