Job summary

Ankura is seeking a Senior Director or Director to lead and grow our IT Services capabilities in a hybrid role based near an Ankura US office. The role blends IT operations, transformation leadership, executive advisory, and business development across infrastructure, cloud, apps, governance, and costs.

You will guide CIOs/CTOs, oversee multiple engagements, develop roadmaps, manage budgets, and mentor multidisciplinary teams while expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading IT organizations, operations, or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to advise C-suite executives on IT strategy, investments, and governance.
• Proven record of delivering IT modernization, cost optimization, and resilience programs.
• Experience managing a book of consulting engagements and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise CIOs/CTOs and other executives on IT strategy, operations, and transformation.
• Assess IT organizations, infrastructure, applications, costs, vendors, risks, and performance.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, operating models, governance and roadmaps.
• Lead complex programs, manage staffing, budgets, and client satisfaction across engagements.
• Originate opportunities, develop solutions, and grow the book of business.
