Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Director, Innovation & Product Development to lead the Sprouts Brand's product development and drive the organization’s innovation agenda. This hands-on leader will balance strategic vision with direct development work, shaping a high-performance team and scalable processes.

The role partners with Strategy, Merchandising, Brand, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers to accelerate speed-to-market and deliver differentiated products customers cannot find

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in product development and innovation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership teams.
• Understanding of P/L statements, general ledgers, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the multi-year innovation strategy for the Sprouts Brand portfolio.
• Own the enterprise innovation pipeline with a balanced portfolio.
• Identify and translate trends into innovation platforms and opportunities.
• Lead development and commercialization of high-impact products.
• Establish and govern innovation portfolio management processes.
