Axon seeks a Senior Director of IT Business Solutions & Delivery in Boston. You will own the portfolio translating company strategy into delivered technology across sales, finance, and operations. Lead BSA, PMO, and QA, shaping delivery standards for a fast-growing company.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Engineering to define roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions, with a hybrid onsite schedule and strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise delivery, PMO, or technology organizations.
• Experience running a portfolio in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Own the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and the portfolio governance.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning across business functions.
• Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, risk, and tradeoffs.
• Translate strategy into executable IT initiatives for business leaders.
• Establish delivery standards and operating model to balance speed with reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements, testing strategy and release readiness.
• Define KPIs to measure portfolio performance and impact.
• Develop managers across three functions and enable succession.
• Shape IT-wide strategy as a member of the leadership team.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Corporate AI to accelerate execution.
• Identify and drive process automation opportunities.
