Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Director – Business Unit IT Americas to lead IT project management across the Americas. You will direct portfolio strategy, governance, and delivery for critical IT programs impacting multiple business units, ensuring milestones, budgets, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading program scope, time, cost, and quality; guiding analysts and developers; and partnering with executive leadership to drive continuous improvement in IT delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years experience in an IT environment.
• Professional project or program management experience of system design, development, or integration projects (packaged and custom solutions).
• Experience in planning major projects, including development of project proposals, business cases, project schedules, financial justification, etc.

Responsibilities

• Directs IT project management staff and program portfolio across multiple IT initiatives.
• Owns program strategy, objectives, detailed work plans, and budgets.
• Leads cross-functional teams, vendor coordination, and executive stakeholder reporting.
• Ensures governance, risk management, and continuous improvement of IT delivery.
