Qualificações

• Completed studies in Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or project management, ideally internationally.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools for research and productivity.
• Proven project management experience in structuring workstreams and planning.
• Strong expertise in strategy development, market analysis, and strategy communication.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).

Responsabilidades

• Drive IP strategic plans, governance frameworks, and roadmaps with measurable progress.
• Manage the implementation of strategic projects by structuring workstreams and tracking milestones.
• Leverage digital tools and data sources to strengthen data-driven decision making.
• Prepare governance meetings and management reporting, with agenda setting and tracking.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Communications and central functions across DHL Group.
• Analyze market trends and translate findings into decision proposals aligned with IP priorities.
