Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director of Investor Relations to lead and execute the company’s IR program. You will work with the CFO and Executive Management to communicate Teva’s mission, strategy, and progress to investors, analysts, and shareholders.

You will develop IR plans, manage the earnings cycle, and produce investor materials. The role requires deep biopharma knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 50%+ across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the Healthcare sector, pharmaceutical/biotech preferred.
• Experience in biopharma investor relations, buy-side/sell-side equity research, or investment banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investor relations strategy and calendar.
• Collaborate with senior leadership (CFO, EVP) to communicate company strategy to investors.
• Lead production of earnings disclosures, press releases, slides, and Q&A materials.
• Manage relationships with key focus accounts and geographic regions.
• Coordinate with IR, Legal, Communications, and BD on regulatory and messaging needs.
