LaVoie Strategic Communications, Inc. is seeking a skilled Investor Relations professional to support the firm’s clients by developing and executing global IR programs. You will help educate investors and analysts, manage events, and maintain communications that reflect the company’s strategy.

The role requires collaboration with senior IR teams, crafting corporate materials, and engaging with funds, analysts, and bankers to advance client objectives. Flexible remote options available in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or communications-related field.
• 5 years of experience in investor and media relation.
• Ability to manage account logistics and to assist team in meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of the requirements of exchanges (Nasdaq, NYSE, etc.) is preferred.
• Exhibits strong understanding of IR/analyst relations, PR/communications, social/digital landscape, online measurement and analytics.
• Possess a high level of strategic thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to provide a clean copy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Counsel: Collaborate with IR team to plan and implement a global investor relations program for the firm’s clients.
• IR Event Management: Plan and execute IR events, webinars, road shows, and related branding/marketing efforts.
• Conference Support: Identify appropriate investor conferences and support registrations and meetings.
• Corporate Materials Development: Create/update corporate and investor relations assets and press releases.
• Investor Outreach Support: Target and conduct outreach to bankers, analysts, and investors; manage meetings and CRM.
• Supports the collection and analysis of stock price movements and perceptions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
