Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Torrance, CA seeks an experienced Director of ISC Operations to strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our Torrance site. You will oversee, guide, and track schedule, equipment, production, and logistics to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

You will drive efficiency, ensure quality, and lead continuous improvement, with a focus on execution and delivering results for the business.

Qualifications

8+ years in Sr management/director roles leading manufacturing/CI.
Experience coaching direct reports and organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Knowledge of emerging trends in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Oversee production schedule, equipment, production, and logistics processes.
Create and ensure execution of manufacturing processes.
Make data-driven recommendations for planning.
Oversee streamlining of processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with logistics, finance, and department leadership to ensure alignment.
Establish and monitor KPIs for the manufacturing processes.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
Drive accountability culture in the organization.
