Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an ISC Supervisor, Logistics to lead the Integrated Supply Chain logistics operations. You will oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution while ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

You will coach and develop a team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with procurement, planning, and manufacturing to maintain smooth material flow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse ops, transportation, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, material planning, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Ensure materials are delivered to production and customers per service levels and schedules.
• Monitor logistics performance and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory metrics.
