Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supervising production or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using production management tools to monitor workflow and performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
• Manage and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
