Job summary

Ladders seeks a Program Manager, Strategic Risk Programs to join the Enterprise Technology team. This remote role is US-based only, with compensation of $130,000–$155,000 annually.

You will partner with Product, Legal and Engineering to drive risk review, unblock blockers, and ensure transparent execution across cross-functional teams. The role requires regulatory awareness and a knack for aligning priorities to reduce risk early in development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or program management.
• 3+ years in a product environment collaborating with legal and policy teams.
• 2+ years in a regulatory domain such as privacy or compliance.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Strategic Risk Programs to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will help drive the product development process for strategic risk and compliance-related programs, with a strong focus on improving how product risks are reviewed, tracked, and mitigated. The Program Manager will partner closely with Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to align priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure transparent execution across cross-functional stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and regulatory awareness to complex product initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 annually
