Amphenol Communications Solutions seeks an Optics Product Line Manager to drive next-gen CPO/NPO products. You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, engineering, and operations to win new designs and grow the business in Santa Clara.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Optics, Electronics, or Engineering with business acumen.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred.
• 3+ years in optical engineering, technical marketing, or PM roles.
• Knowledge of optical industry standards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Promote CPO/NPO products to field teams and key customers.
• Drive new business funnel; develop sales and marketing tools as needed.
• Coordinate pricing and market strategy with sales for key accounts.
• Travel for customer visits, trainings, and negotiations.
• Identify market trends and design wins with cross-functional teams.
• Own New Business Plan: NPD, product extensions, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with design/production to ensure timely market introductions.
• Monitor market conditions and position the product line ahead of competitors.
• Face customers on next-gen architecture; focus on AI/transceiver demand.
• Participate in optical standards groups within the industry.
