Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or related technical field.
• 12+ years in product management or product marketing within semiconductors, photonics, or related tech.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and P&L-relevant business case from concept through launch.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product management strategy for the Integrated Optical portfolio, including roadmap and business case.
• Lead product marketing and positioning translating silicon photonics and optical tech into customer value.
• Partner with development leaders to align requirements with tech and manufacturing capability.
• Collaborate with customer, ecosystem and program management to reflect needs in the roadmap.
• Build and lead a product management team and recruit for open roles.
• Present IO product strategy to executive leadership including SVP/IO leaders.
• Drive pricing, positioning, and go-to-market with sales and BD.
• Contribute to workforce planning, investments, and strategic IO initiatives.
• Establish product management processes, metrics and governance.
