Sr Director of Product Marketing (Integrated Optics)

We are currently partnered with a leading US HQ'd & global semiconductor manufacturer expanding its Integrated Optics organization and looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to help shape the strategy and commercialization of its growing optical technology portfolio. This company is investing heavily in the technologies enabling the next generation of AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, and data centers.

The portfolio spans silicon photonics, optical engines, advanced optical packaging, fiber connectivity and related integrated optical technologies, with a focus on solving the increasing bandwidth, power and interconnect challenges.

This is a strategic product leadership position with ownership across the product lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to influence where the portfolio goes, how products are positioned and commercialized, and how the product management organization evolves as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap development across the Integrated Optics portfolio
• Define market segmentation, customer strategy and business cases for new optical products and technologies
• Lead product positioning and commercialization of silicon photonics, optical engines and advanced optical packaging solutions
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer and market value propositions
• Partner with engineering, product development and manufacturing teams to align product requirements with technology and production capabilities
• Drive pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Present product strategy, investment priorities and market opportunities to senior executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical area; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, product strategy or a closely related function
• Silicon Photonics, Integrated Optics, Optical Interconnects, Optical Engines, Co-Packaged Optics (CPO), Optical Packaging, Fiber Connectivity, Optical Communications, OR High-Speed Networking (MUST HAVE)
• Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap from concept through commercialization
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales and business development
• Experience leading, building or scaling product management teams
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
