Job summary

Sierra Health and Wellness is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality client care across all locations. This role provides supervisory support to clinical leads and staff, implements SOPs, and ensures regulatory compliance including HIPAA and CARF/Joint Commission.

The position requires a CA licensed mental health professional and a Master’s or PhD in a related field, with at least five years of post-licensure management experience.

Qualifications

• CA licensed mental health professional with 5+ years post-licensure experience.
• Master's or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current TB Test, CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Team across all company locations.
• Provide supervisory support to direct care staff and evaluate SOPs.
• Oversee staff scheduling, appraisals, and employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with Title 9, HIPAA, CARF/Joint Commission.
• Coordinate with leadership to monitor performance and outcomes.
