Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social science, research or related field.
• Seven years of experience in institutional research, with at least five years in supervision.
• Experience with Banner and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional research activities and report to executive leadership.
• Collect, analyze, and report complex data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with campus offices to ensure timely reporting and data quality.
• Develop analytics roadmap and data usage protocols.
• Supervise staff of data analysts and applications developers.
