Job summary

Dominican University of California seeks a Director of Institutional Research to provide strategic data leadership, oversee data governance, and manage external reporting. Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field and experience in institutional research.
Minimum five years in higher education with IR, assessment, or strategic data reporting.
Experience with IPEDS, external surveys, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic data leadership to support decision-making and planning.
Lead Data Governance and ensure data integrity and standardization.
Oversee IPEDS and external surveys and submit necessary compliance reports.
Develop and deliver analytics, dashboards, and forecasting models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to produce ad hoc analyses and executive-ready reports.
