Job summary

Qualifications

• Education - Master's degree in public administration, education policy, higher education administration, assessment and evaluation, statistics, or related field.
• Experience - Ten years of progressively responsible management experience, including 3 years' supervisory experience.
• An equivalent combination of education or experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Office of Assessment, Research, and Planning and departmental projects, programs, initiatives, and operations.
• Leads institutional research and data analyses including the collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of institutional data to support decision-making.
• Oversees development of dashboards, KPIs, fact books, benchmarking studies, peer comparisons, and predictive analysis.
• Directs university-wide assessments processes for academic and administrative units.
• Serves as the key institutional liaison for accreditation and compliance reporting.
• Leads institutional data governance efforts.
• Oversee campus climate surveys, satisfaction studies, labor market analyses, and stakeholder research.
• Assists the Provost and Vice President for Academic on internal and external issues affecting the University.
