Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in higher education, public administration, research, or a related field.
• Minimum of five to seven years of progressively responsible experience with a doctorate or 10 or more years with a master's degree in institutional effectiveness, institutional research, accreditation, or a closely related area within higher education.
• Demonstrated experience with SACSCOC accreditation, including the Principles of Accreditation, reaffirmation, fifth-year interim reports, and substantive change processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership, and direction for institutional effectiveness, assessment, and accreditation activities;
• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of institutional effectiveness plans aligned with the University's strategic plan;
• Serve as a senior advisor on institutional performance, outcomes, and continuous improvement strategies.
