Job summary

GNC is seeking a Senior Director and Head of Infrastructure & Technology Services to own the technology backbone—cloud, network, data center, and end-user computing—across the organization. The role reports to the EVP, Chief Digital & Technology Officer and entails ensuring uptime, security, and service quality while modernizing the tech stack.

The position is ideally based in Pittsburgh, PA with remote candidates on the East Coast, requiring regular travel to the Pittsburgh HQ for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, IT service management, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven ownership of enterprise cloud (Azure preferred), network, data center, and end user computing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for GNC's cloud, network, and data center infrastructure.
• Lead teams responsible for cloud infrastructure operations, network engineering, and data center management.
• Build and evolve AI-ready infrastructure with scalable cloud platforms and consumption models.
• Oversee end user computing and hardware lifecycle across stores, offices, and distribution centers.
• Own IT service management and help desk operations, driving incident, problem, and change management.
