Barings LLC is seeking a senior Client Portfolio Manager to support its Global Infrastructure platform across equity, debt, and secondaries. You will be the strategic link among investment teams, Global Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and investors, driving capital formation and product strategy.

The role requires deep infrastructure market knowledge, strong client-facing credibility, and the ability to translate complex strategies for sophisticated institutional and wealth audiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure investing, client portfolio management, or related investment roles.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure equity and/or debt, with fluency across both areas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment teams and Global Sales to support fundraising and capital formation across channels.
• Serve as a senior product and investment specialist in investor meetings and discussions globally.
• Lead the development of investor presentations, marketing materials, and due diligence content.
