Job summary

GNC Holdings LLC in Pittsburgh seeks a Senior Director and Head of Infrastructure & Technology Services to own the technology backbone across cloud, network, data center, end‑user computing and hardware, reporting to the EVP/CDTO. You will drive reliability, security posture, and service quality while modernizing the stack to support AI and scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise cloud (Azure preferred), network, data center, and end user computing environments.
• Proven experience building and running IT service management and help desk functions, including ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for cloud, network, and data center infrastructure.
• Lead cloud infrastructure operations, network engineering, and data center management for enterprise environments.
• Build and evolve AI-ready infrastructure with scalable platforms and consumption models.
• Oversee end user computing and hardware lifecycle across offices, stores, and distribution centers.
• Own IT service management and help desk, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
