You will lead category strategies across IT, professional services, facilities, and other spend areas, partnering with senior leaders to shape the future of our sourcing function. The role demands a proven track record in large-scale indirect procurement programs, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build high-performing global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 15+ years in global supply chain or logistics and 10+ years managerial experience.
• Advanced degree with 13+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain or logistics and 10+ years managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead aggressive cost transformation across indirect spend categories with measurable savings.
• Rationalize supply base and establish high‑value supplier relationships; ensure competitive pricing and performance.
• Develop and execute category strategies that challenge demand and optimize supplier mix.
• Build a high‑performance sourcing organization using market intelligence and negotiation strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership across IT, digital, professional services, contingent labor, facilities, and other categories.
