Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Director of Indirect Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and transformation initiatives across a large indirect spend portfolio. You will drive enterprise-wide value, oversee S2P strategy and governance, and influence stakeholders across a complex organization.

This leadership role requires a track record of managing significant indirect spend, delivering cost savings, and guiding cross-functional teams through procurement transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience leading large indirect spend portfolios.
• Proven experience owning enterprise S2P programs and procurement transformation.
• Strong background in procurement systems, process improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management across a broad indirect spend portfolio.
• Own and drive the organization's Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategy, governance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute procurement transformation initiatives to improve processes and savings.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, Legal and other functions to align procurement strategy.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management and supplier performance programs.
• Establish procurement policies, processes and controls to support scalability.
• Build and mentor high-performing procurement teams with a culture of accountability.
• Leverage data, analytics and procurement technology to drive informed decisions.
