Job summary

dentsu seeks a Sr Director to own the end-to-end technical and commercial solution for B2B identity, audience, and activation with a strategic enterprise partner. You will lead architecture, delivery, and governance across cross-functional teams, translating requirements into value-driven outcomes.

You will shape productization, drive customer-facing leadership, and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards while delivering measurable outcomes for clients and the agency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing technology, advertising technology, or enterprise data solutions.
• Experience with identity resolution, deterministic and probabilistic matching, graph-based identity.
• Hands-on experience with data clean room architecture and cloud data warehousing.
• Fluency in the Salesforce data ecosystem, including Data Cloud/Data 360 models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical and commercial solution for dentsu’s B2B identity, audience, and activation.
• Lead reference architecture, sequenced delivery plan, and cross-functional execution.
• Productize the capability into a packaged partner application and scalable offering.
• Governance, privacy, and data-use reporting across contracts and implementations.
