Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide daily operations in ICU/PCU/Dialysis to ensure quality and safety of care.
• Prepare and manage department staffing schedules based on census and acuity.
• Supervise nursing personnel and manage performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and incident investigations.
• Lead policy development and clinical practice standard implementation.
• Develop and manage department budgets for cost-effective care delivery.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain high-quality outcomes.
