• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to ensure effective patient care.
• Obtain and maintain competencies in med/surg, med/tel, ICU, ED, and postpartum/newborn care.
• Document data, plan of care, and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and patient safety initiatives.
