Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies that expand ICHRA adoption and drive growth.
Identify, evaluate, and advance new market opportunities through strategic analysis of market, financial, operational, and regulatory factors.
Lead market expansion initiatives and direct business planning activities to support entry into new and emerging markets.
Build executive relationships with brokers, employers, consultants, and key stakeholders to strengthen market presence and accelerate growth.
Oversee implementation of new business initiatives with governance, performance measures, and accountability for results.
Identify and mitigate business, operational, and regulatory risks through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and communicate business performance, growth opportunities, and market trends to executive leadership.
Represent the organization with regulators, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
Lead and develop a team responsible for business development, market execution, and relationship management across assigned markets.
