Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior leader to drive strategy and execution for the ICHRA product. You will build provider networks with dedicated rates across markets for Centene employees and external members, while advancing value-based contracting and provider performance.

The role leads network development, negotiations with hospitals and clinicians, budgeting, governance, and advisory boards to improve quality and reduce avoidable costs. Flexible work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, healthcare administration or related field required.
• MBA preferred and 10+ years in healthcare administration or contracting.
• Experience in provider network development and value-based contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships in multiple markets and implement strategies with key providers and associations.
• Lead provider negotiations with Hospitals, Physicians, Ancillaries and Community Health Centers.
• Develop and implement network development strategy plans in multiple markets.
• Oversee provider networks across expansion markets.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for networks, costs and contracts.
• Coordinate provider advisory boards and governance relationships.
• Advise on provider relations strategies and opportunities to expand networks.
• Evaluate opportunities to adjust the network to meet company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
