Job summary

The Elizabeth Levinson Center, operated by UCP of Maine, seeks a Senior Director/Administrator to oversee all aspects of this ICF-IID program in Maine. You will recruit, hire, and train program managers, coordinate licensing compliance, and drive strategic financial and program goals.

The role emphasizes regulatory stewardship, staff development, and collaboration with HR and finance to ensure high-quality care and regulatory success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or health-related field or in Administration, Health Care Administration, Long Term Care Administration
• Certificate of Advanced Study in Long Term Care Administration or equivalent coursework in management and health care/long-term care

Responsibilities

• Direct regulatory compliance with licensing and funding regulations, budgets, and contracts.
• Protect the dignity, safety, and rights of all clients served.
• Ensure training on dignity, HIPAA, resident rights, and reporting of violations.
• Maintain program compliance with surveys and inspections; implement actions.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the program.
• Review financial reports and work with Finance to meet budgets.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in health-related field or inAdministration / Health Care Administration / Long Term Care Administration

Certificate of Advanced Study in Long Term Care Administration
