Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services seeks a licensed professional to ensure ICF/IID facilities comply with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting operations in Virginia.

You will coordinate screening, admission and discharge, assist with budgeting and cost settlement, supervise staff, oversee medication administration, and work with physicians to implement individualized program plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field with 15 credit hours in Human Services.
• One year of documented experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Fingerprints, CANIS, drug test, and state/FBI criminal record reports required upon request.

Responsabilités

• Ensure ICF/IID compliance with federal, state, local and agency regulations.
• Assist with facility operations, budgeting and cost settlement coordination.
• Coordinate screening, admission and discharge of individuals.
• Establish teamwork with contract professionals including physicians and medical staff.
• Coordinate development and implementation of individualized programs.
• Ensure proper administration of medication by staff.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training and supervision; monitor work schedules.
