Job summary

Milestone Inc. is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator candidate to oversee the administration and delivery of services in Elmwood Heights/Elmwood East ICF/DD.

You will supervise senior nursing and resident services leaders, ensure program adherence, and lead in regulatory compliance and quality assurance. The role requires licensure eligibility, strong leadership, and solid communication skills to maintain high-quality living environments and positive family relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum two years' experience in RSD/QDIP or similar leadership role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and delivery of all individual services for assigned homes.
• Direct supervision of Nursing Director and Resident Services staff including hiring, evaluations, and discipline.
• Provide leadership training and staff orientation; ensure compliance with IDPH and HCFA standards.
