Job summary

AST SpaceMobile seeks a Director, Intelligence Community (IC) Strategy & Engagement to lead the company\'s IC adoption strategy and engagement with key agencies. The role requires shaping opportunities from outreach through contracted programs and deployment, leveraging deep IC understanding to align mission requirements with company capabilities.

The Director will build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and coordinate with product, engineering, operations, and security

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required with ability to maintain existing clearances.
10+ years experience supporting or within the Intelligence Community.
Experience leading strategic customer engagements with government partners.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute IC growth strategy by identifying priority agencies and mission areas.
Build trusted relationships with senior IC leaders and stakeholders.
Represent the company at engagements, events, and working groups.
Translate mission requirements into tailored solutions with product/engineering/security teams.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand mission support.
Lead customer engagements through full lifecycle from outreach to deployment.
Navigate IC acquisition pathways and support capture efforts.
Prepare executive-level briefings and market assessments.
Collaborate across functions to ensure successful outcomes.
