Job summary

AST SpaceMobile seeks a Director, Intelligence Community (IC) Strategy & Engagement to lead IC adoption and mission integration. This senior role identifies opportunities across the IC, aligns requirements with capabilities, and develops tailored solutions for government customers.

The Director advises executives, builds senior-level relationships, and guides opportunities from initial outreach through contracts and deployment in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Proven ability to develop strategic initiatives and execute them in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of IC mission requirements, structures, and acquisition processes.
• Experience influencing senior decision-makers and building consensus across stakeholders.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IC growth strategy by identifying priority agencies, mission areas, engagement approaches and adoption paths.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior IC leaders, program offices, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Represent the company at customer engagements, events, conferences, and working groups.
• Translate mission requirements into tailored solutions with product, engineering, operations and security teams.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand mission support and drive growth.
• Lead customer engagements through full lifecycle from outreach to proposal, award, and deployment.
• Navigate IC acquisition pathways (OTAs, BAAs, CRADAs, subcontracting, direct contracts) and support capture efforts.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to meet sensitive program requirements.
