Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; MBA or life sciences advanced degree preferred.
• Experience building and leading analytical teams, including Director- and Senior Manager-level talent.
• Proven ability to develop patient-based revenue forecasts end to end and defend assumptions.
• Ability to influence commercial and research leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3, setting forecasting standards and reviewing output for decision forums.
• Own analytically rigorous, patient-based revenue forecasts for I&I pipeline and BD candidates at every stage.
• Calibrate analytical depth to the decision, matching effort to needs.
• Ensure forecasting consistency across the portfolio for comparability.
• Partner with Clinical, Commercial, Finance, and Portfolio functions to validate assumptions.
• Advance forecasting methods with AI-enabled tooling for speed and reproducibility.
• Manage concurrent deliverables and reallocate resources before peak periods.
• Present findings and maintain an objective commercial view to senior leadership.
