Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Construction to own delivery across major programs or geographies. You will set strategy, budgets, and schedules, and build a scalable construction organization that delivers critical builds in a fast-growing environment.

You will lead a team of construction professionals, work with executives on workforce strategy, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance while navigating regulatory and market constraints.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction management of mission-critical projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centers or large infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and operating model for construction delivery across a geography or program.
• Lead a portfolio of hyperscale data center construction programs to on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build and mentor construction management teams and leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders to align plans and priorities.
• Drive best practices in budgeting, scheduling and quality management across multiple projects.
• Travel up to 40% to oversee multiple project sites.
