Job summary

Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering large-scale facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and high-performance computing. As Construction Manager, you will oversee site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover, coordinating multiple trades to meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred).
• Experience with large commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope.
• MEP infrastructure, and interior TI build-out.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety.
• Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards.
