Vestis is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the technical direction of our enterprise hybrid platform spanning Azure, on‑prem, and data center domains. You will establish target-state architecture, standards, migration patterns, and governance to keep our infrastructure secure, resilient, and cost-effective.

You will work with security, apps, ops, vendors, and leadership to align with long-term business strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering and cloud architecture.
• Experience leading large-scale migrations from on-prem to cloud/hybrid platforms.
• Strong command of enterprise networking, identity integration, and platform security.
• Proven ability to establish standards, governance, and operational controls.
• Vendor relationships and executive stakeholder engagement experience.
• Background in risk, cybersecurity, and compliance for infrastructure teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the enterprise reference architecture for cloud, network, DB, and compute.
• Lead migration strategy from on-prem to cloud platforms and wave design.
• Serve as senior design authority for compute, OS, and resiliency patterns.
• Define networking standards across WAN/LAN and data center ecosystems.
• Provide architectural oversight for Azure and Microsoft tenant services.
• Establish database architecture standards for Oracle/SQL Server and Azure DB.
• Define infrastructure as code standards and repeatable deployment practices.
• Lead vulnerability management, patching, and OS currency programs.
• Set hardening patterns, privileged access, monitoring, and logging baselines.
• Oversee core infra services, capacity, observability, and platform incidents.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and roadmap alignment.
• Drive platform standardization and reduce technical debt.
